“What can I say?” Howard said in the show’s final moments. “Both of our children are married now and they’re starting out to build lives of their own ... we’ve had the joy of raising two wonderful kids and watching them and their friends grow up into loving adults.” Fonzie (whispering): Hey, Richie. What about your brother, Chuck? Richie (also whispering): He's dead. He was bludgeoned to death by Bag and Sticks Downey.

Final episode should have had Chuck coming back and murdering Howard and Marion. "Get rid of me, will ya?"

Chuck: Okay, that's it. (Blows away entire wedding party. Al's head ends up in the punch. Chuck walks away whistling "Happy Days" theme)

["Happy Days" theme song plays over closing credits] And a higher rating than the controversial episode where Chachi has feelings in his "boy area" for Joanie.

Were the Cunninghams in some kind of cult? Maybe Chuck left the fold and they buried him like some ultra-othodox Jews do.
Tevye: He's dead to us now. We'll forget him.

Tevye: He's dead to us now. We'll forget him. From Wikipedia: Born in Chicago, Illinois, [Tom] Bosley was the son of Dora (née Heyman) and Benjamin Bosley. Although well known for playing a Catholic priest and Protestant patriarchs, Bosley was actually Jewish.
