abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/jerry-seinfeld-fans-expect-seinfeld-reunion/story?id=50003080Jerry Seinfeld has said it before and he'll say it again: don't expect a "Seinfeld" reunion. Despite a Super Bowl ad from a few years back, Jerry, Elaine, George and the gang will probably never grace the TV screen together again. Read: Jerry Seinfeld explains why he snubbed Kesha: 'I don't know every pop star' Related: Jessica Seinfeld opens up about cooking for her family and her new book 'Food Swings' "Entertainment Tonight" recently asked the 63-year-old whether he would capitalize on the current trend of reboots and reunions like "Roseanne" and "Will & Grace." His response: "Why?"

What about a prequel series, like Tiny Toons or The Muppet Babies? He's not ruling that out, is he? When he sees the success of Young Sheldon, I'm sure he'll come around.

Well, I guess we can start suggesting actors will play the prequel characters for Young Seinfeld. I'm going to start with simply transplanting the whole cast of those prequel Star Trek movies.

On second thought, I wonder if the gang from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia might be a better fit. In fact, that kind of sounds like it could be a premise for one of their shows.

I used to think that an animated series would be cool, but hearing them doing the characters' voices now would be depressing.

You remember The Beatles Saturday morning cartoon show? They used (really bad) voice actors to do the voices. Maybe they could do that. James Earl Jones can be Kramer.

But I didn't realize then about the voices, nor would I have cared. For this one it looks like Barry is an exact copy of cartoon Ringo. They nailed Dirk (Eric Idle).

Well, Eric is still with us, so he can be a Seinfeld cartoon voice too. Now Eric, can you say "What a spanking button"?

And Gilbert Gottfried can be Jerry. Oh it's all locking in now! Morgan Freeman would make a spanking George, with June Foray (the voice of Rocket J. Squirrel) would be perfect as Elaine. Now here's something we hope you'll really like! Or maybe F. Murray Abraham as Kramer and Peter Coyote as George. You know, get that whole PBS special vibe going The possibilities are endless. This reminds me of The Honeymooners cartoon show when they used James Mason to voice Ralph Cramden and Richard Burton as Ed Norton.

Now John Cleese. HE could have played a bounder. Good job digging this one up! This is Cleese's audition tape for the role. He thought the guy actually bounded.

Unfortunately, June Foray died July 26th of this year. Bummer, because had she lived until this past Monday the 18th, she'd have turned 100 years old. Reminds me of my Great Aunt Hazel. I went up to see her in Canada when she was 99. That was September, 2009. I told her I'd be back in April for her 100th. Unfortunately, she died in October.
