Beautiful movie too look at, the scenery and cinematography are great, but some fucked up shit happening at a supposed clinic in the Swiss alps where the main character is sent to with the intention of locating a very important patient. Very complex and coherent at the same time, the only drawback is that it's a movie that's on the long side.
My first rating outside imdb since their closing the message boards: 9/10

Going to see this one soon, too. Big fan of Dane DeHaan (the next big thing) and Verbinski is a great aesthetic director who can really build a tense, complex story. Trailer gave me a bit of a Shutter Island vibe with a dark, foreboding anxiety. Glad you liked it, makes me want to see it that much more now.

Interesting. I've pretty much cleared my list of must-sees (Hidden Figures, Fences, Lion, Jackie) so I'm looking for something else to see. Thanks for the tip!
