Why is everyone talking about "The English Patient"?

Other: I haven't seen it, and I know it sucks.

You need some English patience to sit through it, especially the stupid parts.

I thought this was one of their made up movies.

As to the performance of Superintendent Harry "Snapper" Organs as Sancho Panza, I was bemused by his high-pitched Welsh accent, abusive ad-libs, persistent unscheduled appearances and cries of "What's all this then?" during the rape scene.

I haven't seen it, even though the trailer probably says "If you see just one movie this year..." as an uplifting orchestra score punctuates a series of praises from critics.

I've already seen one movie this year. This always happens to me, just like getting that shopping cart with one wobbly wheel.

I always like when you're at the theater in February and they show a trailer for an upcoming film and bill it as "The feel-good movie of the year". Well, the year is only 5 weeks old.

I'm not joking, I think the year looks like Lyndon Johnson.

The last truly 'feel-good' movie I saw was Elaine Does the Upper West Side but I only felt good for about 15 minutes...

What's all this talk about fake? If Anna told you her orgasms were fake, would you ask her for another shot?
