Not that it matters, but The Stranded- where George is still employed in real estate- is a season 2 episode.
I have three favorites that happen to have aired back to back to back- The Pez Dispenser is my choice.

One of my favorite seasons, with The Fix-Up being my top episode of all time.
The writers were firing on all cylinders with that one. Flawless from start to finish.

I'm using airing date order not production code.

Going with The Library, primarily for one reason....Phillip Baker Hall, perhaps the best one-shot character in Seinfeld history.

So tough. I was tempted to pick "The CafΓ©," but I went with "The Red Dot." I think the characterizations were right on the mark here -- but I guess the same could be said about "The Subway." Um, there's still time to switch my vote.

Yeah I was considering 'The Red Dot,' as well, it's getting tough.

Not picking yet, but it's between The Subway, The Tape, and The Pez Dispenser.

I voted for the Subway,..to me it's the episode where the series really started to hit it's stride

No one likes "The Keys," huh? But the whole entire season is great.

But the whole entire season is great. That's evidenced by the voting so far. We have a decent early turnout (10), each for a different episode. It's a solid season, to be sure.

I love "The Truth" too! Maybe I will change my vote...

Me too! I love the whole George and Patrice storyline. Kramer and Tina doing it in Elaine's living room is a close 2nd.

Ultimately went with The Library due to Bookman. One of the best 1 ep characters ever (not counting the finale).

Poll Question: Does a vote generate a NEW or only a new post?

I honestly don't see how The Truth compares with The Red Dot. No way it should be this close.

My heart says Pez Dispenser.
My brain- and change of vote- says The Red Dot. More standout scenes in it.

Kramer's paean to Hennigan's and George's "Was that wrong?" banter with Mr. Lippman are outstanding.

'The Red Dot,' for me is the only episode from the season that could be confused with being from a later season. Which is a sign of its quality. I went 'The Parking Garage,' purely for its memorable scenes and quintessential 'nothingness.'
