Unless the Bengals are hiring a coach with the last name "Lombardi" or possibly "Christ", you may want to switch to another team to root for. A shame that Cincinnati has had nothing to root for recently. An 8-0 start in 2015? In any case, if you got $1 million dollars, we can discuss such a scenario. I can't spare a million. I plan on having a 1989 Yugo restored in the summer.

Then like Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Cavaliers fans (before 2016) and Boston Red Sox fans (before 2004), I will continue to suffer. And party like a fucking animal the next time the Bengals beat the Steelers.

My teams both won Sunday, although I believe the zebras gave the game to the Rams. I was hoping for a Ram-Charger Superbowl. When the Chargers were eliminated my next choice was Rams-Patriots with the Rams winning the Superbowl. I have wanted the Rams to be the predominate team in L.A. ever since my Chargers deserted San Diego after 56 years. I believe it wasn't their fault as the Field of Dreams works in reverse. If you don't built it, they will leave!

This may be the Pats' last realistic chance for another title, though, with Gronk probably retiring and who knows about Brady and Belichick.

Even the most die-hard New England fan knows that, once Gronk,Brady and Belichick are gone, there are going to be a constant stream of 5-11 seasons. Maybe someday they'll bring in Rod Rust, Jr. as coach.

Just thought I would start a current NFL thread. Since my Giants are out... I would love for anyone to steamroll the Pats. I would love if Matt Ryan got another shot at him, or another vet guy like Breas carried the Saints or if Newton got another shot. I also really liked the Rams this year, as Goff did better than I thought he would. Not sure how the Bills/Jags game is gonna go, but THAT should be interesting. I find the Titans and the Chiefs both boring so I don't care about that one. Thoughts?

And he has only himself to blame, because that head band doesn't bottle in the heat like a rat hat. Kramer: Mmm... Nice bandanna. Newman (derisive): Bandanna. Phil Simms: What? Kramer: Nobody wears bandannas anymore. I mean, they went out with powdered du-rags.
